Mining Platform

When active, a mining station will begin mining all commodities from the body it is located at adding it to its hold. Once the mining station is full, it will automatically begin to fill up any storage facilities at the body (ground or spatial) and deactivate itself once there is no space remaining.

If all commodities at a body are mined, the station will also deactivate itself.
