How do I transfer cargo from a structure to my ship?

To transfer cargo from a structure you must first be in the same system as the structure. You can easily do this by visiting the command window, selecting ownership and browsing the first structures section. This section has a menu below it to change the system you are viewing structures in. Each structure has a contextual menu with one of the options being "engage" which will set a destination to that system.

Once you are in the same system, use the command window and ownership section again and then click on the structure name. This will open a new window that allows you to browse the hold contents of the structure. Once you find the cargo you want, use the contextual menu to select "transfer" and then choose how much of the item you wish to transfer to your ships hold.
