How do I orbit a body?

To orbit a body in the current system, first open the helm window. Next click the system link to open the system window. Within this window there will be a section named bodies. Within this table of bodies each row will have a contextual menu, clicking this menu will provide various options with one of these being orbit. Clicking this orbit menu item will change your orbit to the relevant body.
