How do I find a specific body type?

To find a nearby body of a specific type, first open the helm window then select search. Next scroll down to the system section where you will see a dropdown box control containing different body types. Changing the control to a specific body type will list nearby systems that have that body within them. Clicking the engage button on the relevant row will start travel to the systems.
