What is a generational ship?

A generational ship is a special type of ship available to those in the Starfarers guild. This type of ship will attract colonists to live onboard your ship when you are in a populated system, which you can then settle at a colony.

Generational ships also feature a unique perk which increases the ships sublight speed the longer it travels.
