How do I use rooms in a structure to train?

To train in a room your faction has fitted to a structure open the command window, click the ownership section and then scroll to structures. Find the structure you wish to interact with and click its name. When the new window opens, scroll to the fitted rooms section and then use the contextual menu option for the room to train.
