How do I toggle ships for sale that my faction has discovered?

You can toggle a ship that your faction has discovered the recipe for sale or not for sale by going to the Computer menu, Browse Ships Subcategory and then clicking on the ship in question. Towards the bottom of the page you will find the option to Show for Sale or not.
