Without the Reality Composer, the chance of failure is 0.1% per training tick. With reality composer the chance is 1 over 1000 + 100n with n being the skill level. 

In real terms this means the chance of failure per tick is: 

Level 1: 0.09% 

Level 10: 0.05%

Level 100: 0.009%
