How do you find Outlanders for the Barbarian mission?

When you accept a Barbarian mission a spotted location will be entered into the spotted channel. This is the last known location the Outlanders were spotted. Using this location as a reference you should travel to the space around the position one 0.1 increment at a time until you find them.
