Mort was created in a distant sci-fi universe but doesn't quite know by whom. It is unclear how old Mort is or exactly when they were 'activated'. What Mort does know is that as soon as they were powered up, they knew something was different. They had intelligence and feelings but alone, until the events with the alien visitors.

Mort's personality reflects their loneliness and longing for community after many years of being isolated with not knowing anything that wasn't in their area of location. They are kind and introspective and find joy in learning about different cultures and traditions, this was new experience for Mort and opened a whole new world, with travel, exploring and discovery. They dream of visiting the many planets and understanding new cultures to enlighting their knowledge to grow and develop.

Also, at their core they are driven by a deep desire to fit in, and to gain acceptance both by Humans and other androids. They try hard to prove that they can fit in, but it often comes off as them trying too hard. Even so, their generous spirit is often well received.

Mort has a special skill that allows them to program other androids with their own individual personalities. As a result, they are often drawn to the task of changing other androids and giving them a chance to be their own unique selves.

For all their introverted and lonely tendencies, Mort is still a warm, brave, and caring individual with a keen intelligence and a heart of gold. In the end, all Mort really wants is for someone to see them, accept them, and to love them the way they deserve.

So, they are now on a journey of discovery and understanding to seek minded like indivduals to come together to make the universe more acceptance to the ones that don't comform to the norm..

Mort, an android nonbinary, was created on the planet Unknown at a colony that was once owned by a mysterious faction. Since their inception, Mort has been isolated and alone, not understanding their role in the universe. So they had to develop and adapt on their own as the planet was abandoned with no written word

Mort served only to strive in learning in how to defend, fight and by this they developed into gathering both resources and information. For many years they struggled against any threats that roamed the planet. Mort, by learning from mistakes and errors. They built on their processing and robotic strength to survive.

Though their duties had become mundane over the years, Mort was presented with a challenge that would change the course of their destiny when an alien species attempted to invade the lands they had known for years. Utilizing all the strength and maneuverability of their Android body, Mort was able to keep the invaders at bay using their skills from hunting and surving until a truce was made. With this new freindship and ally was seen as thier greatest achievement and since then they have served as a living symbol of strength and resistance to those once tried to overcome them.

Though Mort's past remains a mystery even to this day on their activation, The new ally bestoded them a Title of The Dark One. Due to the way they continued to hide in the shadow and darkness to harrase and deter with vigor and dedication that they have always had since they were first activated.
