Building upon the breakthrough ship technology developed by Horizon Heavy Industries, the Snekkja builds upon this creating the first generational ship to grace the skies. As a generational ship the vessel features the same perk as its inspiration, which allows the ship to collect neutrinos while travelling to increase its speed up to a maximum of 2 LYs per minute. Its defining feature as a generational ship are colony quarters that attract colonists to move onboard the ship when in a populated system and live there. At any point the colonists can be settled on a planet without the need of structure components or a construction ship to form a settlement. The ship itself has a decent 800 ZWs shield grid, very high armour rating of 3,000 GPa and a massive 10,000 Mgs hold. It also features up to 18 customisable rooms and bays for two ships.

Passive Perk: Generational
Generational ships feature the Kamiokande perk, allowing the ship to travel faster the long its travels (up to 2 LYs/m) and colony quarters allowing the ship to attract and host colonists when in populated systems with the ability to disembark these colonists as a settlement. Additionally, ships with this perk will coast at a speed of 0.2 LYs/m when out of fuel.
